Happy Veteran’s Day, friends! I hope you will head over to Every Day Cheer today to read an inspiring interview from one of my favorite friends and a true veteran, Amy Lou Hawthorne. Her courage, beauty and sweet spirit will encourage you today.

Today is also my 32nd birthday, and Todd and I are headed to the Big Apple for a few days. It’s an exciting year for us, and I am totally a birthday person, so to celebrate, I wanted to do a giveaway for all of you today!

I’m giving away a few of my favorite things and one of you will be the winner.

    Happy, Happy Birthday!!! I hope you have a wonderful day & a fabulous time on your trip!!! I am “falling in love” all over again with my bread maker. My plan is to make our own bread, so I won’t have to buy it anymore. I’m not sure how “healthy” it is, but at least I know it doesn’t contain any preservatives & I know exactly what is going into it 🙂

    Happy Birthday! This year my favorite thing has been being lucky enough to sell our house. We are currently living in a tiny little apartment with our 2 young boys and although it’s cluttered and chaotic I know some day we will look back on these days fondly.

    I’m also pregnant (with #2) so my favorite thing is my new barefoot dreams robe. It’s open in the front (will fit me through feb and then the early baby days) and is oh so soft! I’m hooked! I highly recommend it as a bday present to yourself. Have a wonderful trip!

    Like you, I am currently pregnant (but with baby #2!) After suffering a miscarriage earlier this year, I would have to say that my absolute favorite thing this year is watching this baby bump grow and anticipating adding another little member to our family. So excited!
