3-in-1! {Tide Pods Review}

Every year, I have a strong tendency to buy something new and fall in love with it. I want to wear it every single day and find new ways to wear it. This year, it’s this waffle sweater. I absolutely love the color, the texture, and the fit. I’ve put together a few possible different ways to wear this sweater. It’s great for church, for running errands, or for a date night, just depending on the way it’s styled.

spring sweater #2

This first way that I like to wear it is with a simple, black, cotton pencil skirt. The sweater is the perfect length so I don’t need a belt. It’s very sleek and put together, but still comfortable enough that I’m able to move. I put on my favorite monogrammed gold necklace, my very basic nude pumps and some mint colored earrings that I received for Christmas. spring sweater #3

This next outfit brings in a little more color. The mint color of the sweater is beautiful, but I love to throw in some bright colors, too. And on a casual day, running my kids around, I need to be able to get in and out of the car easily. And walk on the pavement while carrying kids and their bags. I put the mint sweater with some cropped, straight leg jeans and a flat brown sandal. To accessorize, I grabbed one of my most colorful, lightweight, beautiful scarves. And then threw on some simple earrings and easy bangles.

Spring sweater #1

This last look for the sweater is still casual, but a little more dressed up. This is how I would wear it on a date night with my husband. Some skinny jeans in a light pink color with a high casual wedge. Wearing my favorite monogrammed necklace again, I also put a pretty link bracelet with it.

Because I have this tendency to love wearing the same thing over and over again, it’s important that I find a detergent that is gentle, gets the job done, and brightens.

The Tide Pods are just the thing for me. The Tide Pods are a detergent, stain remover, and brightener all in one–the only 3-chamber unit dose on the market. I love how easy they are to use! They are completely mess-free, so there’s no spilled detergent or messy cap.

Just one of the Tide Pods removes more stains that 6 caps of regular detergent. (Based on stain removal performance of one pac of Tide Pods vs. 6 doses of the leading liquid bargain brand base variant in a standard top loading machine.) And they protect the outfits I love and wear the most, keeping them bright, spotless, and comfortable. You can pop in a whole new kind of clean with Tide Pods!

I love sweaters for 3-in-1 style. They are my go-to to dress up and dress down anything. I love quality solid sweaters – J Crew is my fav. Not only can they dress up or down but you can wear them during all four seasons if you have mild summers (which we do where I live). Sweaters go with shorts or jeans and throw a jacket over them and you’ve got a great winter outfit.

Definitely a pair of black ponte skinny pants I have from Banana Republic. I wear them to work all the time, can dress them down with my TB black flats, or dress them up with a flowy silk blouse and some heels. I should have bought 3 pairs of these things!

I absolutely love my white jeans come summer. I can wear them a million different ways from casual to more dressed up. I absolutely need a great detergent to keep them looking new because, as we all know, it’s way too easy to get white jeans dirty!

I love my dark purple AG skinny jeans. I’ve worn them with a silk tank and gold sandals in the summer, with a camel colored wool turtleneck and flats in the winter, and most recently with a chambray shirt and a colorful scarf for these in-between winter/spring months in Texas.

Love the looks you put together.

I have a navy dress with belt loops that I can wear in so many different ways. All I have to do is change up the belt, or wear a different colored cardigan, add a colorful scarf or necklace. It is great in the summer with cute sandals or in the fall or winter with boots.

i just got a cute black floral skirt (from target!) on friday. i wore it paired with black tights, short black boots and a hot pink sweater to a party that night. i wore it with black tights, black mary janes, a black blazer and pearls for a memorial service yesterday. i look forward to wearing it with a t-shirt, bare legs and sandals or flats this spring and summer.

btw, i just discovered tide pods – and love them. i’m teaching my stepdaughter how to do laundry and it’s much simpler (not to mention tidier) to have her just pop a tide pod in the machine.

  22. says

My favorite pair of leopard print shoes are my newest “fun” addition to my closet and so versitle. I’ve worn them with a black dress and black tights and gold jewelry to work, with black pants and a neutral sweater, with jeans and numerous colored sweaters/shirts out with my husband. They add a shot of pattern and color to neutral outfits and are still easy to wear to work (without looking cheap/tawdry). I’ve always wanted animal print in my closet but was really nervous about how to pull it off and now I’ve realized how easy it really is!!

I bought a little black dress years ago as an alternate dress for a fancy Christmas party. Never wore it and forgot all about it. I found it several years ago when cleaning out my closet and have worn it countless times for fancy and not so fancy events ever since. Best dress I ever bought – especially since it was only $12!!

  39. Jaclyn Rose says

I am 8 months pregnant with what appears to be a BIG baby! Ha! My most favorite piece of clothing, currently is a white maternity undershirt from Target. I wear it with everything! I actually bought several because I literally wear it every day. I am not big on maternity clothes so I still wear a lot of regular sweaters and even some regular jeans, in fact the only maternity thing I’m wearing today is the undershirt! Ha! The length helps me cover up the rubberband expanding my jeans and the fact that the sweater is no longer quite long enough and it allows me to still look polished and comfortable! Couldn’t live with out it right now!

  40. Darcy says

My go to piece is a great pair of dark washed jeans! I can wear it casual with flip flops, sporty with sneakers or dressed up with heels!

  41. Jessie C. says

Being pregnant and due in a few weeks, about the only versatile piece I own would be my jeans! For runs to the store I wear them with a long sleeve t-shirt and loafers. For other times, I dress them up with flats and a nice sweater. This is making me wonder what I will be wearing after I have the baby especially with the weather changing!
