Answers: home tours and handbags

I got a question asking if I have ever done a post with pictures of our house.

About two years ago or so, I did a series called “Home Tour Tuesday” and showed pictures of almost every room in our house. I’ve also done various posts over time of different rooms in the house.

The Nursery

Hudson’s Room

New Living Room Furniture (before and after)

Downstairs Bathroom

We have replaced some of the pillows on the sectional since doing the earlier post and we have changed the nursery a bit, so I’ve included some photos of those.

We changed out the artwork and now Kim’s painting is on the wall with our friend’s work that was created for Hudson.

I’ve noticed a Louis Vuitton handbag in your posts. Which one do you have?

I have two LV handbags and I really love them both. I don’t think I’d ever consider selling either of them because I carry both all the time.

The first one is the Louis Vuitton Stresa PM in Damier Azur Canvas. It’s so comfortable and so easy to get into when I’m out and about with kids. I love it.

This one was my first and is the Louis Vuitton Galliera PM in Monogram Canvas. It is a couple years old now and is so very soft.

Hey! Question on your sectional… Do you LOVE it? We just moved into a new house and we need a new couch (don’t the two go hand in hand?) I really want a sectional but can’t find one that I really like – they’re either too modern or look like something my grandmother would buy. Can you share your source? Thanks!

Love that sectional….our living room isn’t right for one…but someday hopefully once we move! I have a few LV bags myself, and I feel the same way. I told Andrew if we had to live in a cardboard box I would still keep them lol. When I got the speedy many years ago I would take it EVERYWHERE and hope my hands would sweat so it would “look old”. Gross right?? but when they are new, they look kind of fake!

I’m a big fan of the question and answer posts! By the way your house is beautiful and I love reading about where everything came from. It’s nice to see someone use stuff they already had instead filling a room with all new stuff.
P.S. I want to do a hallway full of pictures like yours. Have you added to it since your last post?
