what I'm looking forward to…

I get about six catalogs every day at my house. I used to love it. It was so much fun to curl up at 5:45 after I’ve let the dogs out and look at all of the catalogs. I’d build my shopping cart in my head or immediately grab my laptop and start making my own virtual shopping cart at the catalog’s website.

Now, notsomuch. When your back side is still it’s normal size, but your waist is nearly a 36, there’s not much you can do. So I don’t even open the catalogs anymore. However, yesterday, when I saw the new J.Crew ready to be thrown into the trash unopened, I decided to just give it a flip through.

Spring dresses are my favorite. I’ve got a closet full of last year’s J.Crew spring dresses that I wore for showers and parties that I’ll be dying to fit into. I’m going to have my friend Amy at Chapters on speed dial so she can get my body ready to fit into these dresses by August. The rule about having to wait so many weeks before being able to work out again may pose a problem, but this dress is motivation enough!

And these soft pink sling backs. I don’t care what my doctor says. I’m wearing these this Spring!

J.Crew was there for me all through the wedding process and for every shower and brunch. Why are they failing me during my pregnancy? Where are the maternity clothes, J.Crew? Pregnant women look great in these colors!

These are SO lovely!!! Completely adore them! And are you not allowed to wear heels after a certain point in your pregnancy!? If so, I don’t know what I’ll do! Hope you 2 had a great weekend!

I agree, J.Crew should totally have a maternity line! Think of how amazing it would be…sigh. I have noticed some super cute maternity clothes at Target, though! It doesn’t quite scratch the itch, but it’s halfway there.

I think pregnant women look soooo beautiful in dresses and hotter in heels 🙂 ! And I love those shoes – I have them in my shopping bag but waiting for a discount code to come in my e-mail inbox so I can purchase them.

That dress is beautiful! I was in J.Crew yesterday and they had some of their spring clothes in the store. Lots of color, especially yellows, blue, coarl, etc. I can’t wait for Spring =)

    Have a great day today!

    Hi, I found you from Martial-Bless’s blog…

I just wanted to say how cute you would look in these pink shoes. You might have to take time sitting while being preggers and wearing them but they are just too cute to pass up! 🙂

I guarentee you can still fit into a TON of jcrew stuff through out your entire pregnancy! There are a lot of dresses that are cut at an A line, and since you started out so tiny, just go up a size or two. If you usually buy a small try a medium or large even. There are lots of girls who never even wear maternity clothes because they were so tiny to begin with, like you! 🙂

That dress is great! I have a couple of bridal showers that I think that would be perfect for! As for the shoes, buy them! I wore heels until I was 39 weeks pregnant with my son- I was determined not to part with them

That lavender dress is gorgeous and those shoes are definitely screaming your name. I wonder why J Crew doesn’t have a maternity line..they’d make a killing.
