We did it! The day was wonderful!!! There isn’t a thing that I would do differently. The weather ended up being perfect. The music was perfect. The ceremony was sweet and sentimental. The reception was a blast! I’ll write detailed descriptions of everything after the honeymoon! We leave for Maui in the morning.
I can finally post a picture of my dress… so here are a few bridals courtesy of Kelly Moore Photography. We took a ton more pictures yesterday, but these were taken back in March. The dress is VERY simple, with no embellishment. It is very structured and tailored… much like everything else I wear. The veil is full length with a delicate lace applique around the edges.

CONGRATULATIONS! I am so happy for you!!! Your dress is beautiful. Enjoy Maui – we loved it there and had so much fun (we went for 1 1/2 wks back in 2006 for our 2 yr anniversary/Christmas). If you do the road to Hana, make sure you leave EARLY in the day and be sure to hike through the bamboo forest to the waterfall 🙂 Have fun!

I also got married in May…YAYAYAY for May brides….You’re wedding looked absoutely stunning! YAYAY!
I too wish I could become an event/wedding planner. Planning my wedding was HARD work but so worth it!!! I guess for now I’ll stick to being an engineer, but maybe someday. We should be getting our high res files soon so I’ll post some on my blog when I get them!
