first day of school!

Hudson and Hayes started school today! We’re back at our same beloved preschool.

Hayes is starting the 2s class and will be going five mornings a week. He loves his teachers already, and we’re excited that a few of his buddies are in his class again this year.

Hudson is in the Pre-K 4s class this year. I’m so excited for him! Five of his best little friends are in his class this year. He was so confident this morning when he walked in, and I can’t believe that he could be starting kindergarten next year.

I ran to the house to drop off paint samples this morning while they were at school, and I’m super excited to see them later this morning and hear how their morning went.

I can’t believe this summer is over, but it felt so good this morning to get into a routine!

Melt my heart….. ahhhhh, they are too precious!!! I hope they have a wonderful day!! Is Hudson’s class a full day or do you pick them up at the same time? Can’t believe the summer has already come and gone – bittersweet. But, bring on fall!!

He has a birthday on the late side of the spectrum. We plan to start Kindergarten next year, but want to wait and see how he does this year and if his teachers think he’s ready. There’s such a wide gap with the oldest and the youngest in the class, and I want him to be confident and ready. But our plan is to start K in the fall. 🙂

I hope their day goes really well! We start preschool next week and since it will be my daughter’s first year, I’m not sure whether there will be tears. I know she’ll love it though!

The boys look precious! We must’ve been thinking alike when we dressed Kaden and Hayes for their first days – same outfit except Kaden wore a white polo! I hope they have a great year!
